Chair Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and gentle muscular strength movements. Chair Pilates will concentrate on proper postural alignment, creating and building core strength and muscle balance.

HIIT Saturday 9:20 – 30 min with Peter
High intensity interval training (HIIT) is a great way to bump up your cardio and strength workouts. You alternate short, very high intensity intervals with longer, slower intervals to recover.
